What We Do

List locally through the MLS where available, or list nationally on ListMyHomes.com™ — two flat-fee listing options with no traditional listing commission.

Flat Fee MLS Listing

List through the local MLS where available for broader marketplace visibility, regional buyer exposure, and potential syndication to major real estate search platforms. One simple flat fee. No traditional listing commission.

  • Your property is entered on the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) by our licensed brokerage — the shared database local real estate agents and the major home-search platforms use to find available homes.
  • Potential syndication to major real estate search platforms such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Homes.com, plus hundreds of local agent and brokerage websites — where available.
  • Your listing is seen by ready-to-move buyers and the local agents actively searching the MLS on their behalf across your regional market.
  • Flat-fee MLS places your For Sale By Owner listing in the local MLS alongside other active listings, subject to MLS and third-party display rules — so buyers and their agents can find your property.
  • This is a limited-service listing: you schedule showings, receive offers, and handle negotiations yourself, keeping control of your price and communications. Under an Exclusive Right-to-Sell listing agreement, our licensed brokerage acts as your limited agent for the MLS listing — a flat fee, never a percentage commission.
  • A flat-fee MLS listing built for sellers who want maximum listing exposure without paying a traditional percentage listing commission.
  • MLS availability, syndication, and third-party display depend on each local MLS's rules and market availability.

How we make money — and how we don't

ListMyHomes.com™ charges a flat listing fee, not a percentage listing commission. Here's exactly how it works.

Direct listings

Homes and rentals published on ListMyHomes.com™ are flat-fee. Sellers and landlords pay a one-time listing fee instead of a percentage listing commission, keeping more of their equity (other transaction costs may still apply); buyers and renters deal owner-direct.

Flat-fee MLS listings (where available)

You pay a one-time flat fee for entry on the MLS. ListMyHomes.com™ takes no commission or percentage of your sale.

Agent connections

When you ask us to find you a local agent, you pay ListMyHomes.com™ nothing. If a connection results in a transaction, ListMyHomes.com™ may receive a referral fee from the agent's brokerage — never from you.

Agent commissions

ListMyHomes.com™ does not set, discuss, negotiate, or determine any real estate agent's compensation. Broker commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable between the parties who agree to them.
