Direct listings

Homes and rentals published on ListMyHomes.com are flat-fee. Sellers and landlords pay a one-time listing fee and keep 100% of their sale or rent; buyers and renters deal owner-direct.

Flat-fee MLS listings (where available)

You pay a one-time flat fee for entry on the MLS. ListMyHomes.com takes no commission or percentage of your sale.

Agent connections

When you ask us to find you a local agent, you pay ListMyHomes.com nothing. If a connection results in a transaction, ListMyHomes.commay receive a referral fee from the agent's brokerage — never from you.

Agent commissions

ListMyHomes.comdoes not set, discuss, negotiate, or determine any real estate agent's compensation. Broker commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable between the parties who agree to them.
